Relay Protection Calibrator
1. It can test various AC/DC, current, voltage, intermediate, self-holding, signal and other single relays as well as the entire set of relay protection panels. It can test the pickup voltage (current) value, release voltage (current) value of various relays, and the pickup time and release time of various contacts (normally open, normally closed, changeover, delay). Each test is automatically performed three times and the values are stored, and the return coefficient of the three average values is automatically calculated and printed. The test results can be displayed and printed repeatedly. 2. It can conveniently test various parameters of the reclosing relay. 3. It is equipped with frequency measurement and phase measurement functions, which can measure the frequency of current and voltage (displaying the time of one cycle, i.e., the period) and the phase difference (time) between two signals. 4. It has two independent channels, both insulated from other outputs of the device, which can conveniently measure live contacts, meeting the online testing of relays with simple wiring and safety. 5. It adopts a precise timing reference (10 microseconds) and a counter up to 100 hours, so it can be used alone as a precision millisecond meter to replace the traditional stopwatch.
Working Principle:Automatically monitor its output value. The auxiliary circuit directly adjusts the output through the output control switch, and the measurement can be done with an external multimeter. Main circuit principle of relay protection test instrument: The input AC220V power supply passes through the fuse and the output control relay K1 into the input end of the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1. The electricity adjusted by the large knob of T1 enters the isolation transformer T2 (also serving as a current booster). The current booster has three tap outputs: one tap outputs AC0-250V with a rated current of 3A; after rectification and filtering, this tap can output 0-350V DC voltage; the second tap is 15V (10A), which through a sensor and relay control outputs 0-10A AC current, one path through a resistor outputs 0-500mA AC current, and one path through relay conversion can output 0-10A or 0-500mA DC current; the third tap is the 10V (100A) high current terminal, which passes through the primary side of the sensor and directly outputs 100A current. This circuit has strong load capacity, but if the output is slightly overloaded, it cannot be in the high current state for a long time. Thermal relay calibrator: Auxiliary circuit of relay protection test instrument: The auxiliary circuit is the same as the main circuit. AC220V power passes through the fuse into the voltage adjusted by the small knob of the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1, and through the isolation transformer T4, it can directly adjust the output of 0-20V or 0-250V AC voltage or 0-350V DC voltage. The rated current of this circuit is 1A. Press the "Output Control" switch of the auxiliary circuit and adjust the small knob to output. Measurement circuit: The main circuit output adjusted by the large knob includes AC "0-250V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", "0-100A", DC "0-350V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", which are switched by relays on the circuit board inside the device. Each time a gear is switched, the corresponding output can be monitored. Among them, the "0-500mA" gear is included in the "0-10A" gear. When in use, the "0-500mA" monitoring is just below the "0-10A" position. Time measurement: The device has a built-in 6-digit digital stopwatch, which can be started internally or externally. When started internally, press the "Output Control" switch to start the stopwatch, and short-circuit the stop terminals on the device panel with a contact to stop the stopwatch. The stopwatch has a separate power switch, so it can be turned off when not in use. Sound and light indication: The circuit device has a built-in sound and light indication circuit. When the contact of the relay under test operates, the contact can be connected to the sound and light indication jack of the test box, and the test box will emit an alarm sound or light to indicate the operation of the relay contact.
