Portable High-Frequency DC Generator Features

In the industry, we are the first to adopt a large-screen LCD display and a segmented structure, which can be used for both high voltage levels and lower voltage levels while maintaining accuracy. Taking JY-100/200kV/2mA as an example with two segments, when used as a single segment, it can be used as 100kV/4mA for DC high-voltage tests on electrical equipment of 35kV and below, ensuring measurement accuracy and avoiding overcapacity; when used with two segments, it can be used as 200kV/2mA for DC tests on zinc oxide arresters of 220kV segmented, 110kV and below, and DC withstand voltage tests on cross-linked cables. This truly achieves dual-purpose use, greatly facilitating on-site users.

Technical Requirements:

1. The DC high-voltage generator should be designed and produced using medium-frequency modulation technology; the use of power-frequency transformer step-up DC high-voltage generators is prohibited.

2. DC High-Voltage Generator should have comprehensive moisture-proof and shock-proof technical measures.

3. The DC high-voltage generator should adopt advanced electromagnetic compatibility design, and the whole machine should withstand on-site ground discharge impacts.

4. The DC high-voltage generator should have the function of automatically adjusting the voltage to 75% for measuring zinc oxide arresters.

5. The DC high-voltage generator should be equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent automatic protection devices. In abnormal working conditions, the automatic protection device should cause the DC high-voltage generator to shut down automatically.

6. The high-voltage end ammeter of the DC high-voltage generator should have measures and capabilities to resist electromagnetic interference and forward/reverse impacts, with measurement uncertainty not greater than 1.0%.

7. The display screen should have backlight, clear display within the usage range, easy to distinguish, and suitable for on-site use.

Precautions:

1. To ensure personal safety, we repeatedly remind users to pay attention to the good grounding of the control box and high-voltage tower, as well as the discharge of the test object and high-voltage tower after shutdown.

2. Do not block the ventilation holes on the top and bottom of the control box, and prevent foreign objects from falling in through the holes. If the control box has a fan, check regularly whether the fan is operating normally.

3. When the insulating cylinder of the high-voltage tower is dirty, wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, or other organic solvents for cleaning. You can use detergent to clean the surface of the insulating cylinder, and use it only after it is air-dried. When transporting or not in use, place it in the aluminum alloy case.

4. When replacing the fuse, replace it according to the amperage marked next to the fuse holder.

5. If the high-voltage shielded microammeter displays "LOW BAT", replace the 9V battery to avoid measurement errors. When not in use, turn off the power.

6. Without permission, do not open the control box and high-voltage tower, as this will affect the product warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for self-disassembly.
