On the morning of May 12, commissioned by CRCC Electrical Engineering Bureau Group No.4 Engineering Co., Ltd., the "Relay Protection Training Class" hosted by Hunan Railway Professional Technology College held its opening ceremony in the meeting room of the new campus. This training follows the visit, research, and discussion on school-enterprise cooperation between the company and the college.
At the opening ceremony, Shou Heng extended a warm welcome to the delegation from CRCC Electrical Engineering Bureau Group No.4 Engineering Co., Ltd., briefly introduced the college's development history and achievements in recent years, emphasized the learning requirements of this training, and hoped that all trainees would devote themselves to learning and quickly adapt to their new roles. The college has always attached importance to school-enterprise cooperation, which leverages the respective strengths of both the college and enterprises, and jointly cultivates talents that meet the needs of society and the market, making it one of the models for achieving a win-win outcome in school-enterprise cooperation. She also expressed expectations for continued cooperation with the company in areas such as employee training, student employment, and teacher internships in enterprises, to achieve mutual benefits.
Luo Tao expressed gratitude for the college's strong support in joint training. He stated that the reason for choosing the college for employee training is its distinctive, high-quality, and capable education, its excellent philosophy of "solid foundation, multiple competencies, and strong qualities" in talent cultivation, and its track record of producing outstanding graduates who are "ready to go, able to stay, useful, potential, and capable of development." After the opening ceremony, Luo Tao and Deng Kai from CRCC Electrical Engineering Bureau Group No.4 Engineering Co., Ltd. visited the training base on the new campus and exchanged views with college leaders, including President Fang Xiaobin, on school-enterprise cooperation, employment, enterprise internships, and training, laying a better foundation for establishing a strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties.
It is reported that since 2021, Hunan Railway Professional Technology College and CRCC Electrical Engineering Bureau Group No.4 Engineering Co., Ltd. have maintained continuous communication and exchanges.
