After each measurement, this product can use pump pressure to pump external air into the gas path. The pumped air is filtered and dried before being introduced into the gas chamber to discharge the gas inside, ensuring no sample gas residue in the chamber, maximizing measurement accuracy, and extending the lifespan of the electrochemical sensors;
Dynamic Temperature Correction and Compensation Technology
Changes in sample gas temperature and ambient temperature can affect the characteristics (baseline and range) of electrochemical sensors, thereby affecting measurement accuracy. This product has built-in sensor temperature characteristic curves and uses an independent temperature measurement circuit to obtain real-time sample gas and ambient temperatures, dynamically correcting measurement results based on the sensor temperature characteristic curves to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results. The "temperature correction" function can be manually controlled to be "on/off". When the temperature correction function is "on", the temperature sensor measures the current ambient temperature in real time and performs temperature correction compensation for the electrochemical sensors on the test card;
Error Correction Technology for Different Carrier Gases
Using a carrier gas (background gas) different from the insulating gas of the equipment under test during instrument calibration can cause measurement errors. This product allows the user to select the carrier gas type during use to correct errors caused by different carrier gases (mainly air/N2, SF6).
Main applications: fault location, routine testing, partial discharge monitoring, gas purification/filtration monitoring, inspection of faulty high-voltage contacts, SF6 decomposition product detection, and checking the generation of decomposition products inside switchgear.
