I. Overview
Circuit Breaker Mechanical Characteristics Tester
is designed based on the latest "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003, and in accordance with the People's Republic of China electric power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2004 as the design basis,according to the latest national standard JJG1120-2015, the GKC-6F high voltage switch mechanical characteristics tester has been upgraded.It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers, and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of various voltage levels of low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, SF6 and other high-voltage circuit breakers,with stable measurement data,strong anti-interference, can be used for experiments in power stations of 500KV level and below,convenient wiring, simple operation, is the most convenient tool for high-voltage switch maintenance and testing.
1.The instrument automatically identifies the opening and closing states of the contacts,preventing misoperation.
2.Independent 6 contacts, can detect and indicate the connection status of the contacts, convenient for users to check wiring.
3.The instrument can store 100 sets of test results internally.
4.Large screen LCD (320×240) display, advanced gray screen, no reflection and no black screen under sunlight, with graphic and Chinese character menu
operation prompts, user-friendly menu interface, easy operation.
5.The instrument has powerful graphic analysis functions, realizing simultaneous display of waveforms and measurement processing data on the same screen, making the test process more intuitive.
6.The instrument has a built-in delay protection function, which can automatically cut off the coil voltage after the circuit breaker operates, effectively protecting the circuit breaker and the test instrument.Independent and special opening and closing control units, i.e., opening or closing control unit, can be used for both closing and opening tests. If one control circuit is damaged, it does not affect the use.
7.This instrument can perform electric and manual opening and closing tests.
8.Can perform high and low voltage tests, automatically find the minimum opening or closing voltage.
9.Reclosing test, can measure parameters such as close-open, open-close, open-close-open, etc.
