Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester
1. Overview
The transformer dielectric loss tester is the latest new generation product developed by our company. It adopts a high anti-interference digital signal collector to collect and wirelessly transmit the phase information data of the high-voltage line under test. The phase detector host receives and automatically performs phase comparison, finally displaying the phase detection result.
This phase detector uses wireless signal transmission, with a high-insulation telescopic test rod collector for sampling. The product has reliable performance and accurate test results, and is equipped with voice prompt function. It is suitable for phase and phase sequence verification of power lines and substations, as well as identification of transformer connection groups. It has functions such as phase detection, phase sequence measurement, connection identification, and voltage detection.
The manufacturing standard complies with the People's Republic of China electric power industry standard "DL/T971-2005 Portable Phase Detectors for Live Working - AC 1kV to 35kV".
2. Safety Precautions
2.1 When using on site, operators should follow the relevant requirements of the "Safety Work Regulations for Electric Power" for operation.
2.2 The voltage level of the matching insulating telescopic rod of this instrument is ≤220kV.

4.1 The host adopts a large-screen dot-matrix LCD, displaying in full Chinese simplified characters, which is concise and intuitive;

4.3 The test results of this phase detector have high resolution, which can effectively identify any angle that is an integer multiple of 30 degrees;
4.4 The host has low battery text and voice prompt functions, which can promptly remind users to replace the collector and host batteries;
4.5 The backlight of the host can be turned on or off by button selection to meet the needs of use in low-light environments;
4.6 The host has a 15-minute automatic shutdown function, which can prevent power consumption caused by forgetting to turn off the device, thereby effectively saving power;
4.7 The insulating telescopic rod has an extremely high voltage resistance level of ≤220kV, and is convenient to carry and use;
4.8 The collector has a long transmission distance, with the signal transmission distance up to 100 meters in open areas;

6. Working Principle
The phase detector consists of two collectors and a host. The collector uses a high-precision current sensor to sample the phase voltage of the line under test, and after processing, wirelessly transmits the signal to the host. The host receives the signals from the two collectors and compares them to determine the phase relationship between the two lines, thereby achieving phase detection.
The collector uses a high-insulation telescopic rod for live operation, ensuring the safety of the operator. The host uses a large-screen LCD to display the phase detection results, and has a voice prompt function for easy reading.
7. Operation Method
7.1 Before use, check whether the batteries of the host and collector are sufficient. If the battery voltage is low, replace the batteries in time.
7.2 Connect the insulating telescopic rod to the collector, and extend the rod to an appropriate length.
7.3 Turn on the host power switch, and the host enters the standby state.
7.4 Contact the collector head with the line under test, and the host will automatically display the phase detection result.
7.5 After use, turn off the host power switch and retract the insulating telescopic rod.
8. Precautions
8.1 This instrument must be operated by professionals who are familiar with the safety regulations for electric power work.
8.2 During use, avoid contact between the collector and other objects to prevent damage.
8.3 When not in use for a long time, remove the batteries to prevent battery leakage from damaging the instrument.
8.4 This instrument should be kept in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and vibration.

9.1 This instrument is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If there are any quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement.
