Transformer Comprehensive Test Bench is a combination of transformer no-load short-circuit tester, ratio group tester, DC resistance tester, and electric voltage regulator, etc., based on the needs of power users (other functions can be customized according to user requirements). This comprehensive test bench can measure parameters such as transformer no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance, and also measure DC resistance, transformation ratio, ratio error, and connection group. If the user needs withstand voltage testing, it is a dedicated test equipment that integrates no-load short-circuit, ratio, DC resistance, withstand voltage, and frequency doubling control. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, and simple testing, making it an ideal product for the power sector to upgrade and replace old equipment.
Main Features:
Transformer Comprehensive Test Bench product adopts a 240×64 dot matrix LCD display (with backlight) to simultaneously display 20 parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency factor, and frequency. It can test the electrical parameters required for no-load and short-circuit tests. It has a wide linear range, good reading repeatability, and stable performance. During no-load and short-circuit tests, the measurement parameters can be sampled synchronously, avoiding errors caused by multiple meters and asynchronous readings.
