Transformer Winding Deformation Tester can accurately draw the frequency domain response curves of each phase. Through horizontal and vertical comparison of the measured curves, the degree of transformer deformation can be judged very accurately. When the transformer experiences inter-turn or phase-to-phase short circuits during testing, short circuits or other faults during operation causing coil displacement due to electromagnetic force, or collisions during transportation causing relative displacement of coils, these factors will change the distributed parameters of the transformer, and its frequency domain response will also change. The degree of transformer deformation can be judged based on the frequency domain response curves. The winding deformation tester complies with the DL/T911 2004 standard "Frequency Response Analysis Method for Power Transformer Winding Deformation".
Precautions during the test of transformer winding deformation tester:
1. After completing the DC resistance test, the winding deformation test cannot be performed immediately;
2. Before the test, check whether the transformer grounding is good, and all bushing wires should be disconnected;
3. Do not use other test leads to replace the test leads provided with the instrument;
4. The instrument should be stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid moisture.
