Application of Series Resonance Test Device in High Voltage Withstand Voltage Test
The application of series resonance test device in high voltage withstand voltage test greatly reduces the difficulty of high voltage withstand voltage test. Traditional high voltage withstand voltage test has disadvantages such as large test equipment, difficult to move, and slow test efficiency. The series resonance high voltage withstand voltage test device effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional high voltage withstand voltage test, and on this basis, it has made greater improvements, making the high voltage withstand voltage test more efficient.
For the AC withstand voltage test of 220kV high voltage bushings, main transformers, disconnectors and other electrical equipment, the series resonance withstand voltage test device has a wide range of applications, and is also a very practical and easy-to-use high voltage withstand voltage testing equipment for various high voltage testing departments and electric power installation, maintenance and testing engineering units.
The series resonance withstand voltage test device has the advantages of small power supply capacity, small equipment volume and weight, improved output voltage waveform, prevention of large short-circuit current from burning the fault point, and no recovery overvoltage. Especially its advantages of improving the output waveform, preventing large short-circuit current from burning the fault point, and no recovery overvoltage make the high voltage withstand voltage test very safe and reliable. This is because the resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit, which can not only improve the waveform distortion of the output voltage but also obtain a very good sine waveform, thereby preventing the harmonic peak from causing non-breakdown of the test object. When the test is in a series resonance state and the insulation weakness of the test object is broken down, the circuit will immediately detune, and the loop current will quickly drop to a very small multiple of the normal test current, allowing the series resonance to quickly find the insulation weakness and prevent the hidden danger of short-circuit current burning the fault point. When the test object breaks down, because the resonance condition is lost, the high voltage immediately disappears, and no recovery overvoltage will occur.
