VT700 Field Dynamic Balancing Measuring Instrument
Introduction:
The VT700 Field Dynamic Balancing Measuring Instrument is compact and portable. From the outside, the entire instrument looks like a briefcase, developed for general vibration testing. Many vibrations cannot be measured with simple instruments, such as when adjacent disturbance frequencies are too close, or when the rotor speed is unstable or inaccessible. Even under the harshest conditions, the most accurate measurement precision can be achieved. In the field of dynamic balancing detection for rotating machinery, simply press a button to know the total vibration value of the tested machine and the unbalance amount caused by the rotating parts, making it clear at a glance whether the product is qualified. It can perform dynamic balancing on equipment on-site, as well as vibration detection and analysis. It digitally displays the equipment's rotational speed, amplitude, and phase, ultimately obtaining the weight and phase for adding (or removing) weight to achieve balance.
Classification of VT700 Field Dynamic Balancing Measuring Instrument:
1) Field dynamic balancing of rotors
2) Frequency analysis of machine vibration
3) Measurement of mechanical vibration intensity
4) Non-contact measurement of rotor shaft vibration
5) Non-contact measurement of rotor speed
