High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester
Product Introduction:
High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester is a special instrument developed by our company to meet the needs of on-site testing of high voltage switch operation characteristics. It uses a microcontroller as the core for sampling, processing, and output. Its main features include Chinese prompts for human-machine dialogue operation, Chinese display of results, and print output. It has the advantages of intelligence, multiple functions, accurate data, strong anti-interference, simple operation, small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for dynamic characteristic testing of various indoor and outdoor low-oil, multi-oil switches, vacuum switches, and sulfur hexafluoride switches.
Precautions:
1. When using for the first time, please manually adjust the switch so that the lower end of the sampling ruler (the connection between the ruler and the sampling rod) does not touch the photoelectric sampling block during opening and closing tests (if necessary, you can saw off the upper end of the sampling connecting rod).
2. If the LCD display shows unclear characters or the screen background is too dark, please use a small flat-head screwdriver to adjust the "backlight adjustment" potentiometer below the panel to improve the display effect.
3. If the machine freezes, please press the "reset" key.
If the printer prints abnormally, please turn off the machine and wait about half a minute before turning it on again.

Terminology Definitions:
Just-open and just-close speed: The average speed of contact movement during the 10ms after the moving and stationary contacts just separate and before they just close (defined for oil switches).
Average speed: Opening distance / time
Switch opening distance: The distance between the open position and the just-closed position of the moving contact (this data is obtained when measuring closing speed).
Switch overtravel: The distance between the start of movement and the just-open position of the moving contact (this data is obtained when measuring opening speed).
Total stroke: Switch opening distance + switch overtravel.
