KITC-IV High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester

KJTC-IV High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is a special instrument developed by our company to meet the needs of on-site testing of high voltage switch operating characteristics. The instrument uses a microcontroller as the core for sampling, processing, and output. The high voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester is mainly characterized by Chinese prompts for human-machine dialogue operation, Chinese display of results, and print output. It has advantages such as intelligence, multiple functions, accurate data, strong anti-interference, simple operation, small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for dynamic characteristic testing of various indoor and outdoor low-oil, multi-oil switches, vacuum switches, and sulfur hexafluoride switches.

Methods:

(1) Can perform electric and manual operations; (2) Suitable for mechanical dynamic characteristic testing of various high voltage circuit breakers within 500KV voltage level; (3) Can measure actual stroke and custom stroke; (4) Can achieve single close, single open, close-open, re-close, and re-open operations of circuit breakers; (5) Convenient wiring and simple operation. Only one close (open) action is needed to obtain all data of close (open). Can choose to save 50 sets of data for later query and upload to computer for permanent storage, and can also view and print all data and motion curves on-site; (6) Operates with Chinese prompts in a human-machine dialogue manner; (7) Accurate data, strong anti-interference, small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance; (8) Built-in clock circuit can display current year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. Even in case of power failure, it can automatically save setting data and test data; (9) Built-in delay protection function. After the circuit breaker operates, it can automatically cut off the action power supply, well protecting the circuit breaker equipment and the high voltage switch tester; (10) The instrument has a built-in DC power supply with a selectable range of 30-270V/10A. There is no instantaneous voltage drop at the output of conventional rectifier power supplies, making it very accurate for testing switch operating voltage. (11) Can dynamically analyze the relationship between stroke and speed of the circuit breaker every 1ms; (12) Can be configured with upload software to achieve computer archiving and online viewing and printing.

Tools:

1. The internal DC power supply is an operating power supply for short-term work with small capacity. Do not exceed the parameters in the manual.

2. Before connecting the break contact wires, the ground wire must be connected first so that the internal anti-induced high voltage circuit can be put into operation to avoid damaging the break channel of the instrument.

3. The external synchronization of the instrument is a live synchronization method, and the external synchronization line shares the internal synchronization close/open control line.

4. When using internal or external synchronization, be sure to make the corresponding selection in the instrument menu to avoid the instrument not receiving the synchronization signal.
