JZL Series Insulating Oil

The JZL series special vacuum oil purifier for insulating oil regeneration is developed and produced by our company using vacuum drying principle, separation engineering, precision filtration technology and adsorption refining technology. It is an ideal equipment for regenerating and purifying severely deteriorated insulating oil and other low-viscosity lubricating oils. It can not only degas, dehydrate, and remove impurities, but also has the functions of removing free carbon, decolorizing, deacidifying, and reducing dielectric loss in insulating oil, restoring the oil's performance, so that the water content, gas content, pH value, acid value, etc. of the treated oil all meet national standards.

Application ScopeWidely applicable to the purification and regeneration treatment of unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, oil switch oil, capacitor oil, and low-viscosity lubricating oil. It can be used as a special filtration equipment for overhaul of power transformers. It can not only efficiently remove moisture, gas, and impurities from oil, but also quickly remove substances from aged and deteriorated oil, reduce the acid value and dielectric loss value of the oil, remove free carbon, and improve the oil's and oil quality, ensuring the normal operation of power equipment
