Two-stage Vacuum Oil Filter
1. Open the valve 29 on the intake pipe of the vacuum pump, start the vacuum pump 31, and observe the rise of vacuum degree.
2. Open the overflow valve and adjust the pressure to 0.3Mpa (already adjusted at the factory).
3. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.08Mpa, open the oil inlet valve 15 to allow oil to enter.
4. When the oil enters the vacuum tank and the oil level reaches the middle position of the oil level gauge, open the oil outlet valve 20 or 22 (Note: there are two oil outlet valves, 20 and 22. When using secondary filtration, close the ball valve 22 on the fine filter; when using the fine filter, close the ball valve 20 on the secondary filter), start the oil pump 25, and oil will begin to flow out from the outlet.
Remind users to pay special attention: the oil pump must be started only after opening the oil outlet valve, otherwise the filter may be damaged.
5. Observe the changes of the pressure gauge (the discharge pressure should be limited to 0~0.4Mpa, normally 0Mpa during operation), check whether there is oil leakage at the discharge pump and pipe joints. If any, discharge it immediately, then lock the overflow valve to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
6. Adjust the opening of the oil inlet valve 15 to balance the inlet and outlet oil flow, so that the oil level gauge on the vacuum tank is in the middle position (after normal operation, it will be automatically controlled by the infrared automatic control instrument).
7. After the oil circulation is normal, start the automatic control heater. Note that before starting the heater, the temperature should be adjusted within the automatic control range of 45 ~ 65℃, with 65℃ being the best state. Then decide whether to turn on the manual heater according to the amount of oil to be treated and the ambient temperature (mainly applicable to ZY, ZYA-100 and above models).
8. After the machine operates normally and the oil circulates several times, samples can be taken from the sampling port for testing.
9. When using this machine for oil filling and vacuum oil purification drying of transformers, mutual inductors, bushings, etc., auxiliary vacuum source and auxiliary heater are generally not needed. The built-in vacuum source and heater of this machine have sufficient power to meet the needs of drying equipment, but note:
(1) When performing spray or shower oil drying, the entire core of the equipment should be wetted with oil; when performing stage circulation purification (i.e., layered oil drying), the oil inlet speed, oil inlet temperature, and stage circulation time must be controlled according to relevant regulations.
(2) Before the oil machine works, there should be a certain amount of qualified oil in the vacuum tank, so as to ensure the oil level balance of the transformer oil conservator during operation.
10. The mechanical operation of the ZYA series is the same as that of the ZY series. The manual for computer detection is attached separately.
1. The ambient temperature during operation of this machine should be within the range of -25 ~ 45℃.
2. The altitude of the site directly affects the vacuum of this machine. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum degree (negative value).
3. The oil to be treated should not be too dirty (i.e., too many impurity particles in the oil). Otherwise, it must be fully filtered by other filtering equipment (such as the JL series portable filter oil filling machine produced by our factory) to avoid affecting the degassing efficiency of the oil machine or blocking the filter elements, which affects the service life of the oil machine.Machine
When the oil treatment is completed or it is necessary to stop operation midway:
1. First stop the heater, continue to feed oil for 3 ~ 5 minutes, then close the oil inlet valves 15, 20, and 22.
2. Close the vacuum pump, vacuum pump valve 29, open the exhaust valve 7, and release the vacuum.
3. When the oil in the vacuum tank is completely discharged, close the discharge pump.
4. Open the valve 1 at the lower end of the cooler to drain the residual oil or water inside. After draining, remember to close valve 1 for next use.
5. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, and the machine will be powered off; to restart, you must rotate the emergency stop button clockwise before any control buttons can be activated.
