Intelligent temperature-controlled insulating oil vacuum oil filter price, featuring compact size, light weight, easy mobility, low noise, long continuous operation time, stable performance, and convenient operation. It is an ideal equipment for power plants, substations, electrical appliance manufacturers, oil refineries, petrochemical and other industrial enterprises to filter moisture, gas, and particulate impurities from transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil below 40#, hydraulic oil, and other oil liquids.
Working Principle:
It is designed based on the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under atmospheric pressure, external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe to remove larger particles, then enters the heating tank. After heating to 40~75°C, the oil passes through an automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by spray wings to separate into a semi-mist state, and the moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor, which is continuously drawn into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and condensed back into water, which is then discharged. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where particulate impurities are filtered out through filter paper or filter elements, thus completing the entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gas from the oil, and the clean oil is discharged from the outlet.
Usage Instructions:
Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, connect 380V power, connect the safety ground wire, check that all circuits are safely connected, and all oil circuit valves are open. After ensuring everything is ready, proceed with the operation. First, start the cooling water pump and check that the water circulation is normal. Then jog the vacuum pump to ensure the oil inside the vacuum pump runs normally, and then run the vacuum pump continuously. When the vacuum gauge reaches the limit, open the oil inlet valve. When oil is visible in the lower sight glass of the vacuum tank, start the oil discharge pump switch to begin oil discharge and filtration, ensuring normal oil circulation. Turn on the heater switch to evaporate moisture from the oil. If the oil contains a lot of moisture, the oil mist level in the vacuum tank will rise. At this time, open the air release valve to control the appropriate vacuum degree. When the moisture decreases and the oil float drops, close the air release valve to achieve the maximum vacuum. Pay attention to the readings of all instruments. If the pressure gauge reading exceeds 0.3MPa, it indicates that the filter paper in the fine filter has absorbed a lot of impurities and needs to be replaced. After work is completed, refer to the working principle diagram, open the air release valve to restore normal atmospheric pressure, drain the oil from the tank, and discharge the remaining oil from the oil drain plug to prevent mixing with different types of oil next time. In winter, special attention should be paid to draining the water from the vacuum pump and water tank, otherwise the vacuum pump and water tank may freeze and be damaged.
Precautions:
1.Intelligent temperature-controlled insulating oil vacuum oil filter price, when connecting to power, the ground wire must be properly connected before operation.
2. Before operation, pay attention to the motor rotation direction, which should match the arrow direction.
3.Intelligent temperature-controlled insulating oil vacuum oil filter price, do not turn on the heater when there is no oil circulation, otherwise the heater will be burned out, and in severe cases, it may explode.
4. Before discharging oil, all valves on the oil outlet pipe must be opened.
5. The working environment temperature should not be below -30°C or above +40°C; otherwise, it is not suitable for use.
