Contact Resistance Tester Product Features:
Contact Resistance Tester is designed based on the new power industry standard DL/T845.4-2004, combining high-frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology. It is suitable for measuring the loop resistance of switch control equipment. Its test current adopts the national standard recommended DC 100A and 200A. The loop resistance can be directly measured at a current of 100A, or directly measured at a current of 200A, and the final test results are displayed digitally. This instrument has accurate measurement and stable performance, meeting the requirements of on-site high-voltage switch maintenance and loop resistance testing in high-voltage switch factories for power and power supply departments.

Operating Instructions:
According to the four-terminal measurement method, connect the test object to the instrument panel with special test wires. Note that the voltage measurement wires should be connected inside the current output wires. Connect the AC220V power supply (
Note: the third wire of the power input, i.e., the protective ground, must be connected to the earth), press the power switch, at this time the ammeter and resistance meter display "000", and a one-digit fluctuation is allowed before the number. Press the measurement switch, adjust the current output knob (clockwise) until the ammeter displays "100.0", then read the number on the resistance meter, which is the resistance of the test object, and record it. (If it displays "1 ", it means the measured loop is over-range). After testing, turn the current output adjustment knob (counterclockwise) to the minimum, turn off the measurement switch, and then turn off the power switch. To repeat the test, simply turn off the measurement switch, re-clamp the test clamps, and press the measurement switch again.
