Triple Frequency Induction Withstand Voltage Generator
Triple Frequency Induction Withstand Voltage Generator is used to test the longitudinal insulation induction test of transformer and互感器 winding interlayer, turn-to-turn, segment and phase-to-phase insulation. It is an important project to test whether the winding meets the requirements.
For power transformers, voltage transformers and other test objects, in addition to the external power frequency high voltage test for the main insulation of fully insulated transformers, it is also necessary to conduct induction high voltage tests on the longitudinal insulation of transformers and the main insulation of semi-insulated transformers.
Triple Frequency Induction Withstand Voltage Generator working principle:
The primary sides of three single-phase transformers are connected in star, and the secondary sides are connected in open delta. When a symmetrical three-phase sinusoidal power supply is applied to the primary side, and the voltage is raised to saturate the iron core magnetic circuit, the third harmonic component in the magnetic flux of the iron core increases, and accordingly the third harmonic voltage induced on the iron core coil also increases.
This 150 Hz (three times power frequency) induced voltage output from the secondary side of the open delta generator is used as the triple frequency test power supply voltage.

1. Widely used for multiple frequency induction withstand voltage test on voltage transformers.
2. Perform phase-by-phase multiple frequency induction withstand voltage test on power transformers.
3. Perform multiple frequency induction withstand voltage test on other induction coil type electrical products.
Performance characteristics:
1. Adopts three-phase five-limb structure, simple process, and reduces the internal impedance and leakage flux loss of the transformer body, improving the efficiency of the generator.
2. The weight and volume are smaller than the traditional three single-phase transformer groups, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, which is convenient for on-site use.
3. This product can be used as a 150Hz power source for induction withstand voltage test of transformers and electrical appliances of corresponding capacity or for short-term operation.
Usage method:
1. With voltage regulator (3kVA~10kVA)
1) Connect according to the wiring diagram, then adjust the overcurrent protection current value according to the test object.
2) Set the voltage regulator at the lowest position, close the power switch, check whether there is phase loss, and start the test bench.
3) Adjust the voltage regulator so that the triple frequency output voltage reaches the test voltage, use an oscilloscope to measure the output voltage waveform, frequency and output voltage value, so as to meet the test requirements of the test object.
4) After the test, adjust the voltage regulator so that the triple frequency output voltage is zero, the zero position indicator light is on, and then open the switch.
5) Cut off the power supply, the test is over.
2. Without voltage regulator (10kVA~1000kVA)
1) Connect according to the wiring diagram, then adjust the overcurrent protection current value according to the test object.
2) Set the inductor at a high position, turn on the power switch, check whether there is phase loss, and start the test bench.
3) When adjusting the inductor handle, the voltmeter boosts. When the current is at the minimum current, resonance occurs, reaching the test voltage value. Measure the output voltage waveform, frequency and output voltage value until the test power supply requirements of the test object are met.
4) After the test, adjust the inductor handle to reach the high position.
5) Turn off the power switch, the test is over.
